Engaging in meditation, or "Atma Dhyanam," enhances the chemical stability of neurons in the brain. This practice also cultivates several mental faculties, including concentration, comprehension, creativity, willpower, and memory, as affirmed by both spiritual and scientific communities.

As the ancient Tamil poet Thiruvalluvar eloquently stated, "As one thinks, so does one become." Thus, the actions prompted by one's thoughts inevitably shape one's destiny.

Those who meditate understand the importance of thoughts in shaping actions. They recognize that all actions stem from thoughts, as emphasized by Vethathiri Maharishi.
