**A King’s Obsession with Beauty**
Once upon a time, a king became captivated by the beauty of a woman who had come to his palace to perform a dance. **The king, entranced by her grace, desired to possess her.** He was so enamoured that he couldn’t resist expressing his wish to have her for himself.
**The Woman’s Refusal**
The woman, however, was not swayed by the king's power or wealth. She politely declined, saying, **"Your Majesty, dancing is a sacred tradition in our family. We are devoted to serving the Divine. Therefore, I cannot fulfil your desire."** She made it clear that her duty was to serve God, not to succumb to worldly desires.
**The King’s Persistence**
The king, unwilling to take no for an answer, tried to persuade her further. **He claimed that both God and the king were alike in their power and importance.** He told her, "You must submit to my wishes. Come with me, and I shall make you the queen of this entire kingdom." His offer was grand, but the woman remained firm in her decision.
**The Woman’s Strategy**
Despite her initial refusal, the woman realised that the king would not give up easily. After much thought, **she finally agreed but with a condition.** She said, "Alright, Your Majesty, I will host you at my home tomorrow. I shall prepare a feast, and after the meal, we can discuss this further." The king, thinking he had won, agreed to her terms.
